  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, spices, oil, and salt.
  2. Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade.
